Cushions Galore, December 24th 2017.

I would just like to take this opportunity to wish a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone. May 2018 be good for you all.

After having a very hectic run up to Christmas last year after a house renovation, I was hoping for a more relaxed approach this year but alas things just don't work out like that but at least there is no floor laying on this Christmas Eve.

Hope you got all your Christmas makes ready in time and if you have the chance I would love to see some of your creations on my cushion gallery. Some of my novelty makes are round cushions made into Christmas puddings, they usually provide some fun and bunting is always good to hang to give the room a festive look.

I have not spent as much time as I have wanted to on my website so hope to rectify that in 2018.

New pages

I have done a knitting wool page to give a brief insight on the many types of different knitting wools available.

I have also done a page about Quick quilts as many of the quilts on my site are a form of these. Quilting in itself is a different topic altogether with many hours of intricate sewing. I have done quite a few pages where I have not published them yet as I need to get pictures onto them.

Coming up next time

I would also like to add a few more "You tube" videos as sometimes it is easier to see how it is done rather than read about it.
